- Prices start from these amounts because every site is different. We look at its size, traffic and plugins, then confirm the plan.
- If a site outgrows its plan, we tell you and wait for your confirmation before moving it up.
- Themes and plugins we didn't develop: bugs or problems they cause aren't covered by hosting plans. Please contact the theme or plugin developer for a fix.
- The quotation sets out the terms for payment, renewal and cancellation.

Questions people ask us
Will you maintain a WordPress site you didn't build?
Yes. That is a custom care plan. We review the site first and then quote, because the work depends on how the site was built and how up to date it is.
Is hosting included in the care plans?
No. Hosting and maintenance are priced separately. A hosting plan keeps the site online, fast and protected. A care plan covers updates, checks and support hours.
What if we need help without a care plan?
We are glad to help. Tell us what you need and we will quote the work before we start.
What if a theme or plugin causes a problem?
Hosting and care plans don't cover bugs or problems caused by themes or plugins we didn't develop, even with an active plan. Please contact the theme or plugin developer for a fix. If you'd like us to replace the plugin or fix it ourselves, we'll quote the work first.
