## The problem

A standard booking form could not hold the operator’s tours, members and VIP prices together, so staff retyped details and applied discounts by hand.

## What we did

We built a booking system for their own tours and connected it to a custom CRM. VIP discounts apply on their own, and booking details fill in from the system instead of being typed by staff.

## The result

Each booking takes less staff time, and a VIP customer sees their own price without anyone recalculating it.
