Documentation comes with every project. Source code is included when the quotation covers it. Some systems are a subscription you keep paying to use.

### How long does a custom platform take?

It depends on the complexity, the scope, and how much detail you can share. A project can take from four weeks to a year or more. We agree what you actually need before development starts.

### Can you build a product we sell by subscription?

Yes. We build the accounts, plans, payments and admin tools a subscription product needs. We use the same foundations for our own Labs products.

### Do we own the code?

When the quotation includes the source code, it becomes yours at handover once payment is settled in full, together with the designs and documentation. For a service you subscribe to, you pay to keep using it, and the code stays with us.
